Real Estate Photo Favs Dec 2018

Here’s a collection of my favorite real estate photos taken in December. These properties were located in SE Wisconsin; Milwaukee, Fox Point, Mequon, Pewaukee, Whitefish Bay, and Cleveland Wisconsin. Most are single family properties, though a few are condos along the Milwaukee River in the third ward and fifth ward. Two are recent remodels, one is virtually staged, meaning there was no actual furniture in the room when the photo was taken.

November Real Estate Photo Favs

November was unusual in terms of the properties I photographed for my agent clients. Looking back at the homes photographed, a rough estimate was that about half were vacant which is unusually high. Typically I would estimate about 10% of the homes I photograph are vacant. The properties shown are from all over southeastern Wisconsin; South Milwaukee, Mequon, Cedarburg, Fox Point, Random Lake, River Hills, and Menomonee Falls.

During February I photographed many properties for my clients, far too many to include an image…

Real Estate Photo Favs from Jan 2018

New for 2018, I’m going to try to post a monthly roundup of my favorite real estate photos from the month. These are images I’ve made for my Realtor and remodeler clients of Milwaukee area homes that people live in, not builder models. Some of these photos are from million dollar properties, a few from a duplex that was listed for $155,000, so a wide range of property values. Some were professionally staged, some were not. All follow my…
