Milwaukee Area Real Estate Favs – February 2021

As a top Milwaukee Area real estate photographer, I have the honor of photographing a wide range of homes. My clients hire me for one bedroom ranches in the far western suburbs to multi-million dollar urban condos with the high-rise views. Here are my favorites from this month. 311 East Erie St #415 Milwaukee WI – presented by Mary Beth Waite, Cornerstone Realtors. 1 bedroom, 2-story condo on the Milwaukee River in the Historic Third Ward. How to… Interiors Photography

Recently I did interiors photography work with Greg Peters, Resilient Realty & Renovation. Greg became a client mid 2019. Prior to that time Greg was taking his own photos of the company real estate listings and remodeling projects but now has me take all of them. On this photoshoot, as with every architecture photoshoot I do, I talked with the project owner, in this case Greg, about what has been done in the space, what’s important to highlight, and…

November Real Estate Photo Favs

November was unusual in terms of the properties I photographed for my agent clients. Looking back at the homes photographed, a rough estimate was that about half were vacant which is unusually high. The properties shown are from all over southeastern Wisconsin; South Milwaukee, Mequon, Cedarburg, Fox Point, Random Lake, River Hills, and Menomonee Falls.

These are images I’ve made for my Realtor and remodeler clients of Milwaukee area homes that people live in, not builder models. Some of these photos are from million dollar properties, a few from a duplex that was listed for $155,000, so a wide range of property values. Some were professionally staged, some were not. All follow my…

Cedarburg Toy Company Cedarburg Wisconsin

If you’re familiar with southeastern Wisconsin you’ve probably heard of Cedarburg, Wisconsin and it’s historic downtown.  Many of the 216 downtown buildings have been added to the National Register of Historic Places.  The number one attraction after the beautiful architecture would be shopping, with 70 specialty shops, boutiques and galleries. Spend an afternoon strolling the downtown area and you’ll be hooked. It’s simply beautiful, family friendly and quite nostalgic. Prints available or if you would like to purchase a…

Spooky Halloween Fashion Show

Paul Mitchell Schools fashion show Pewaukee WI

Odd thing. Somehow I ended up photographing a “spooky” fashion show at Paul Mitchell School in Pewaukee on Halloween eve. I was actually there to video and photograph a band that was playing a “Guitars for Vets” fundraiser at the same venue that evening.  Upon learning they had a fashion show going too, well, obviously I had to take a few photos.  Here’s some of fashion show.
