Sunrise, Halloween morning, October 31, 2016 in Port Washington, WI, more specifically, Veterans Memorial Park. I call this image, “In the Beginning” for several reasons.  Sunrise marks the beginning of a new day.  But this particular location also boasts a outlet of some type of water pipe which dispatches rain water into the lake.  I’m not really sure about the details but it makes a great location to make images of Lake Michigan, the Port Washington lighthouse. “On the Edge” North Beach, Port Washington, WI., January 15, 2016 I call this shoot “On the Edge” as I was literally on the edge of Lake Michigan for all these shots.  At one point when some higher waves reached up and grabbed me.  On the Edge also refers the natural elements of these images.  The sea and land meet.  Temperatures rise and dive, dancing above and below the freezing mark.
